We load only reefers or vented vans. No trailers with transparent tops will be loaded.
Reefers must set and maintain a 55 degree Fahrenheit trailer temperature.
Vented Vans must have front and rear vents open.
Drivers are responsible to notify Jim Rash Inc dispatch of any issues or delays with delivery. Failure to do so could result in fines to the driver.
Billing for freight payments must include original bill of lading/ proof of delivery, rate confirmation, unloading receipts (if applicable and reimbursable) and invoice.
