Job Type:  Full Time 

Hours: April-June 6 days a week, 1 floating weekday off 8:00am-8:00pm 

                July-October Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm  

                Nov-March 5 days a week, 2 floating weekdays off 11:00am-8:00pm 

Location: Frostproof, FL 

Description: Jim Rash Inc. is seeking a self- managed, motivated, problem-solving individual to join our team as a shipping coordinator. Job duties will include: 

• Checking drivers and deliveries in and out of receiving 

• Inspecting trailers for hazards/ food safety concerns 

• Printing out and uploading labels, load sheets, bills of lading, etc 

• Order, organize and report receivables 

• Inventory packaging and stickers 

• Maintain equipment maintenance logs 

• Manage assigned accounts 

• Additional tasks may vary 

Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license 

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills 

• Ability to work in fast paced environment 

• Strong verbal communication skills 

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions 

• Attention to detail and organized 

• Ability to multi-task 

Minimum Education/Experience: 

• Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience
